Let Only Service: One calendar month's rent as commission based on a 12 month tenancy.

This fee includes:

- Advertise the property on all major portals and our own modern website rightmoveprop.com

- Feature property on selected websites if requested at an additional cost pending on the website.

- Accompanied viewings.

- Access to blue chip tenants and company lets.

- Compiling, submitting and completing reference reports for submissions on your prospective tenants.

- Obtaining acceptance of reference reports for the prospective tenant.

- Arranging quotes and organising any works required pre-Iet.

- Arrange signing of the tenancy agreement.

- Ensuring all paperwork is complete and in place prior to the move-in date.

- Taking payment of the move in monies.

During your tenancy:

- Renewal fee (landlord share) 4%.

- Contract negotiation/rent increase, amending terms and updating terms and arranging the signing of new tenancy agreement.

Managed Service:  15% (Subject to minimum monthly fee of R600-00 per month).

This fee includes:

- In addition to Let Only Service.

- Liaise with tenants regarding maintenance issues.

- Arrange repairs and liaise with an approved contractors (quotes supplied if required).

- Inventories (compulsory on Managed properties).

Detailed Property Inspection Report (Compulsory at the start of lease agreement + one per year, 6 months’ inspections will be done unless otherwise stipulated).
